When can I expect my order to arrive?
Most orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 day priority or FedEX Ground. However, you have the option of selecting a faster delivery mode based on your needs.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most of our products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any personalized products.

What are your office hours and how can I contact you?
Our normal business hours are M-F, 8:30am to 6:00pm PST. You can call us toll-free at 844-ICE-MIST (844-423-6478) or email us at Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day. Orders placed after 6:00pm PST will be processed the following business day.

What colors are Ice Cold Mist Personal Bottle Misters and Chill Sleeve Koozies available in?
Our Bottles and Chill Sleeve Koozies are available in 8 colors: Red, Blue, Purple, Green, Pink, Maroon, Yellow and Orange.

Do you offer quantity discounts for Team and League purchases?
Yes, we work very closely with Teams, Leagues, Schools and other Organizations to provide quantity discounts for bulk purchases. Please call or email for additional information and for a custom quote for your organization.

Are Ice Cold Mist Personal Bottle Misters dishwasher or microwave safe?
No! Use of your Personal Bottle Mister in the dishwasher or microwave can melt the bottle or handle possibly rendering it inoperable.

I lost the brass tip to my Bottle Mister, what are my options?
You can order a Replacement Nozzle Kit, which includes 1 extra brass nozzle tip. You can also order a Pack of 3 Replacement Tips.

The nozzle on my Mister Bottle broke off, what can I do?
You can order a Replacement Nozzle Kit for your Mister Bottle, which includes a complete Replacement Nozzle, White plastic seal, Extra brass adjustable tip and O-Ring for sealing the Bottle to the Handle.

The bottle on my Bottle Mister cracked, what can I do?
You can order a Replacement Bottle and use the handle from your original bottle.

My Mister Bottle doesn’t keep pressure when I pump it.
There could be a few problems:

  1. The large clear O-Ring fell out of the handle. If the O-ring is missing, the Bottle will not keep pressure. If you cannot find it, you can order a Replacement Nozzle Kit, which includes a complete Replacement Nozzle, White plastic seal, Extra brass adjustable tip and O-Ring for sealing the Bottle to the Handle.
  2. The Large inner tube is not tight. Tighten if necessary.
  3. The Bottle might have a crack in the neck of the bottle. To check this if this is the case, first ensure there is a large clear O-Ring in the handle. Fill a sink or other large container with water. Do not put any water in the bottle & pump it about 15-20 times. Submerge the bottle completely under the water & look to see if there are any bubbles coming from the neck. If there are bubbles then there is likely a crack in the neck of the bottle. You will need to order a Replacement Bottle.

My Mister keeps spraying even without pressing the trigger.
The nozzle is not tight and needs to be tightened. Tighten it snuggly and the Mister will stop spraying by itself.

Water is leaking though the top of my Mister near the pump handle.
The little clear flap on the bottom of the large inner tube is not seating well. Check to see if anything is obstructing it from seating properly. If this does not solve the issue, you may need a new handle.

How large of an area will the Misting Fan cool?
The Holmes 16” Outdoor Misting Fan will comfortably cool an outdoor area of up to 15’ x 15’.

Are the misting nozzles on the fan adjustable?
Yes, you can activate 1, 2 or all 3 misting nozzles providing flexible cooling options. In addition, there are 3 fan speeds.

How does the Misting Fan connect to the water supply?
The Misting Fan connects to a standard garden hose allowing for quick and easy setup.

Is the Misting Fan safe to use outdoors around water?
Yes, the Holmes 16” Misting Fan is designed to be used outdoors and includes a grounded 3-prong GFCI plug.

Will the Pop Up Canopies keep us dry in the rain?
Yes, rain rolls right off the sturdy 150D vinyl top keeping you dry underneath the canopy.

Does the Canopy offer any UV protection?
Yes, the durable 150D vinyl top offers 99% UV protection, keeping you cool and safe from the suns harmful rays.

Can the Canopies be set up by one person?
Our Pop Up Canopy Tents can be set up by one person, however, we highly recommended that two or more adults assist with the set up.

Dancing LED Water Speakers

Do the Speakers need to be plugged in to a power source?
Yes, the speakers must be plugged into a USB power source.

Can I connect the Speakers to my smart phone or computer?
Yes, the speakers can be connected to almost any device with a 3.5mm headphone jack. Some of the most common devices are iPhones, Computers, Android Phones, iPods, Tablets and Game Consoles.

What colors do the Original Dancing Water Speakers come in?
Our patented Original Dancing Water Speakers are available in 7 exciting colors: Blue Chrome, Hot Pink Chrome, Purple Chrome, Metallic Black, Original Chrome, Golden Chrome and Brilliant White Chrome.
